He is not indifferent. He cares about his dogs. And his drinks. And eating. About his wife too, I'm sure.

And o yeah, he made a palace to live in. Marble floors, I kid you not.

He believes in having a good time. He believes in having a really good time, every day. In his free time that is, because he hates his job. Who doesn't.

He knows how to live the good life, or so he thinks. His health seems to be somewhat flaky. He got rid of the exercise bike long ago.

You live only once, make it count. That's his philosophy, and who is to say that he's wrong.
